Sonoma County is one of the most desirable and expensive areas to live in Northern California. With more than 8.4 million tourists visiting each year, spending more than $1 billion in 2016, shouldn’t there be affordable AND beautiful housing available for the locals?

This large empty lot on Gravenstein Highway North is developed with 20 units. Internal landscaped courtyards complement and frame the housing, providing ample outdoor common areas. A cafe, exercise area, and bike storage are some of the additional amenities.
