MEETING SPACE FOR FUELED COLLABORATION

The to-be-built mixed-use Motorsport HQ Tower in Miami’s Magic City Innovation District, a newly approved neighborhood under development is at the heart of this story. The development in the Little Haiti section will, when finished, be home to 2,630 residential units totaling 2.64 million square feet, 2.21 million square feet of office space, 520,970 square feet of commercial space, 201,600 square feet of hotel space with 432 hotel rooms, 119,610 square feet of expo space, 6,061 parking spaces, and 3.8 acres of civic/open space.“

Motorsport HQ Tower is named after its future main tenant and co-developer motorsport.com whose vision is for the neighbohood to be a "significant symbol of a new neighborhood within this city with such a rich, cultural heritage and history, that also reimagines of what office spaces look like and features bespoke amenities in a creative media and technology-motivated environment for true innovators to thrive.

The tower will offer 370,000 leasable square foot within its modern 12 story design.

Blitz entered the Design Competition with a vision for an epic roof deck turned into a bar with indoor/outdoor meeting facilities, a full floor of coworking amenities including a bowling alley and gym.

The planned multi-floor co-working space is geared toward creatives in search of collaborative workspace, still with access to private offices and meeting rooms when needed, training and conferencing facilities, and also event space for entertaining. It’s intended to be very adaptive.

The shared amenity space is where workplace, community, and wellness can combine in support of workday flexibility as well as growth and recruitment. The co-working is connected to the central amenity level of the tower which is planned around social hubs like cafés and bars, activities like bowling and sports simulators, and fitness facilities with both indoor and outdoor exercise options. Co-locating these opportunities to be active and social is a great way to promote togetherness and encourage participation.
