Securing a well designed future.

Along with a physical move, Malwarebytes, the fastest growing cybersecurity company in the industry, wanted to move away from the traditionally isolated work environment filled with cubicles and private offices and opted instead for a completely open office workspace intended to breed a more interactive culture.

So, that’s exactly what we delivered along with a few surprises and an aesthetic that reflected the companies unique culture.

To start, we organized teams into neighborhoods that flowed outward from the main entrance. Each neighborhood featured amenities specific to the team, such as touchdown spaces, and three gaming rooms, which of course were the most popular.

Beyond the workstations, a large bleacher-like staircase became the focal point of the office and the hub of the organization. It serves as a town-hall space and gives everyone a place to work independently or in groups. Of course, that’s only if the pinball corner is occupied.

Tucked underneath the main stairs is a “secret” bar meant to surprise and delight all who find it. In the end, we achieved the ultimate goal of making the Malwarebytes offices more open, modern and collaborative while infusing the culture of the company.
