At the heart of this concept was a once-dilapidated warehouse used as an art studio. It will be given new life through its conversion to a spa and hotel with ample event space. The location in the country side offers itself to true farm-to-table cuisine, supplied by the on-site garden and surrounding neighborhood farms.
